ShortLink is a competence center with a focus on the development of low-power electronics for wireless communication and portable products. With us you get access to our more than 30 years of experience in RF ASIC, Mixed-Signal ASIC Design, FPGA Design, Embedded System Design, Custom Antennas, Silicon IP, and more within the field.

The ShortLink group consists of two sister companies. ShortLink AB, which focuses on R&D, and ShortLink Compliance AB, engaged in testing operations in its own Test Center.

Our Story

ShortLink’s journey began in the mid-90s when we developed a groundbreaking low-power wireless concept for Ericsson — resulting in the world’s first wireless headset for mobile phones, and laying one of the cornerstones for what would become Bluetooth.

Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for companies bringing innovative wireless products to market. Our headquarters and R&D department are based in Karlstad, with our Test Center in nearby Säffle. From first idea to market access and series production — we’re with you every step of the way.
